We are looking for driven Sales Associates and experienced Store Managers who love working with people, understand design-forward retail, and care about quality, materials, and responsible production.

About the Role:
You will be the face of our Manhattan showroom, helping customers find the right furniture solutions for their homes, balancing design, function, and sustainability while driving sales and maintaining a polished, professional retail environment.
Store Managers will additionally oversee daily operations and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-focused service, with an emphasis on sustainable materials and responsible design.
- Sales & Conversions: Guide customers through the sales process, follow up on leads, and meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling showroom that reflects our eco-conscious brand values.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and confidently present our furniture collections, materials, finishes, and sustainability features.
- Relationship Building: Develop repeat customers and long-term client relationships.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Marketing Support: Assist with light social media content and in-store promotions highlighting sustainable living and smart urban spaces.
- Leadership (Store Manager role): Oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure store standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience required; furniture, home-goods, or eco-focused brands preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, reliable, and results-driven.
- Organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Google Suite; basic social media familiarity a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced NYC retail environment.
